St-Petersburg There was organized the programme for some Finnish representatives (Cursor and new yachts – club). There were spent a visit to Lenexpo (Boat Show). Also there were organized the visit to Spb yachts club "Franccardi", "Krestovsky", "Òerrijoki" (Zelenogorsk).
There were disused the ways of cooperation (joint events, joint projects).

19-21 ìàÿ 2010ã. Centre BIZKON together with Committee for External Relations of Saint-Petersburg, Cursor Oy and Lappeenranta Business Development Ltd. organized in South-East Finland (Kotka, Lappeenranta) the seminar and business-meetings concerning the themes of cooperation which are interesting both for St.Petersburg and for Leningrad region. There are the new technologies of waste treatment, landscape projects and greening, construction and renewed energy, culture and tourism.

23.04.10 Spb There was a big Finnish delegation of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries (23 persons).
BIZKON organized the business programme for this delegation: visits to Proletarsky
Plant and to Spb Subcontracting Centre. There were discussed the Questions of
possible cooperation in metaltretment during these visits.

| April 20, St.Petersburg The meeting with Finnish company MS-Pinnoitus (RETREADING SOLUTIONS AND REPAIRS FOR ALL EARTHMOVER AND HEAVY-DUTY TYRES) from Lappeenranta was organized in Finnish-Russian Innovation Centre. The St.Petersburg participants (Lenstroycomplect, Wood Engineering Centre, ETCOM, SovTrans and others) were interested the technologies and prices of MS-Pinnoitus.
The visit to this Finnish company within the Program of business trip organized by BIZKON in South Karelia in May is planned. |

| April 14-17, Turku Centre BIZKON and Committee for External relations of St.Petersburg within the framework of St.Petersburg Information business centres activity have organized the next meeting of Maritime societies of St. Petersburg and Finland in Turku (these meetings are holding twice in year – one in St.petersburg, other in Finland.
The officials of Kronstadt Administrations, representative of Maritime Council of St.Petersburg Government, chief of World Ocean Museum (filial Icebreaker “Krasin”), business representatives of St.Petersburg took part in this meeting. |

26 of March, 2010 Centre BIZKON together with SPB Aalto University representation organized the Finnish-Russian business meetings. Place: office of Aalto University Small Business Center address: V.O. 12th Linya 25 . This event is for Finnish delegation of Baltic Sea Integration project. Mini seminar of services and financing for Finnish companies took place also. Finnish participants are representatives of different kind of business (construction and furniture, real estate in Montenegro, equipment and services for telecommunication stations, security, tourism and oceanarium etc.). Russian participants are representatives of “Petrosrroy North-West”, “CROC North-West”, “LIFT”, “Tehservice” and others.

24-26.03.2010 There was a seminar in Kotka «Innovations in renewable energy”. There were more than 20 participants from St.Petersburg (State Politechnical University, Russian Wind Association, Centre Boyko, Profistroy, Energobalance, Reprom and orhers). Main reports were about wind- and bio-energy. New wind plant in Hamina WinWind accepted the the Russian delegation.

Tartu, Estonia and Riga, Latvia Before opening the next call of the applications Estonia – Latvia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) 2007-2013 St.-Petersburg Business Contact Centre "BIZKON" with the support of Committee for external relations of St.Petersburg organized the visit of St.-Petersburg business delegation in Tartu (Estonia) and Riga (Latvia).
The main purpose of visit - to present the project offers of St.-Petersburg organizations for discussion and preparation of the joint applications, to find the partners for the EU projects and for business and possible other cooperation.
The main discussed themes were «Innovations, energy and ecology», «Tourism and culture», «Landscape design and gardening », «Support of entrepreneurship».
Representatives of St.Petersburg companies (KOSMOS, LENNIIGIPROHIM, Boyko Research-Engineering «Ceramic Heat Engines» Center, Roerich family Museum and Institute, "Peterhof") took part in St.Petersburg delegation.
